Live Large 101

Over two-dozen potential homeowners attended the first Live Large event. Hosted at the Over-the-Rhine Recreation Center, participants got the first look at preliminary home designs and were able to walk the floor plans in full scale. The group gave feedback to influence how the home designs evolve.

  1. Understand your personal budget
  2. Pre-qualify yourself to answer how much 'house' you can afford
  3. Understand the total monies that you will pay; it's more than the price of the home (ie. home insurance, interest, and more)
  4. Recognize most Homebuyer Classes are required for down-payment assistance

Start Small, Live Large is a series of informational events with Haile Fellow Brad Cooper and interested home-buyers. Potential tiny home-buyers will be required to attend at least one of these meetings that will share up-to date information on the homes and Cooper’s process.
